The Chiropractors listed on this Site have authorized MacCap, LLC to develop and host this website and create digital content on their behalf, but have not necessarily authorized or agreed to any specific content or material displayed herein. Any user communications made through this website are with MacCap, LLC, not directly with the chiropractors.

4. Use of Automated Intelligence and Technology

As the website operator, MacCap, LLC implements various technologies including analytics tracking, biometric identity verification, geo-tagging, and facial recognition for site optimization and security purposes. Our services may use automated intelligence (AI) to analyze movements and provide feedback. This feedback is not a medical diagnosis. 5. User Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk

While we do not store personal health or sensitive protected information long-term, we do process it to provide our services.
